Membership

The Northern Plains Chapter of the International Society of Explosives Engineers (ISEE) was started in 1986. The Chapter originally covered Wyoming, Montana, North and South Dakota. In 1991, due to the size of the chapter and the participation from the Black Hills, it was decided to split the chapter.

The Northern Plains Chapter is headquartered in the Powder River Basin and has members from Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota, Utah and other states in the U.S.
